Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your BEC + BRIDGE piece. If it’s not quite right, we offer returns for a refund or store credit on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Ensure items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all designer tags still attached.

• 3.
  Ship Item

  Print your prepaid shipping label (if applicable) and drop your parcel at any authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once received, our team will inspect the items and process your refund or credit within 5-7 business days.
